I'm sorry the only thing I ever use water for is cleanup in my laundry room! Now that you mentioned it that was pretty dirty when I checked earlier... ..wait, shit, I'm stupid! Dammit Bethesda. You're gonna have to kill me now, won't ya? Sorry for causing you so much trouble.


If I remember correctly maybe you are thinking of WATER FOR LAUNDRY like they always come out with even if it is disgusting like in New Vegas Or water in small pots for washing

They did this back in BO1 too when they wanted you to buy more gear from merchants. In F3 they used better material to mix it as they didn't have as much control over DLC material as they do with perks (because they did less coding), but adding utility gadgets they said are "we'll get around" since their creative team does not really work on any of them after FO4 releases. So no biggie :D (Except the grappling hook. I got that one, worth it.)
