The Grams/IAC Group will be pleased to receive donations for all food items for the Family Food Bank of Greater Norfolk and Essex for Thanksgiving. Unless otherwise indicated this list can serve anyone in the area whether under or over age 26. The food bank is a non-profit organization who provides families struggling with hunger all of the resources to sustain their family. All donations accepted at this time are tax deductible. Donations include food boxes including pastries (you get what you eat), canned goods, jello/jelly packets, orange juice, pizza rolls; protein bars; beef soup mix; packaged peanut butter; beef jerky; gum & candy; chocolate pudding mix; powdered milk; noodles; chicken stock; scrambled eggs; various cheeses including Kraft singles, mozzarella...y not (so many choices); bottled water & coke. Tender loving care; love no matter what type it is--we mean sincerely that we thank everyone for your assistance. This fund was established by Michelle Franklin for her parents and grandmother as a way to help make holiday season better for the people they know struggle like we do in many ways. Thank you! All money collected goes directly to purchases made through the Food Bank on behalf of families in need especially those made by Ms. Franklin over her first 9 months helping create Community Heroes from Great Point Communities.
