Tyler Posey (center) lies on a hospital bed waiting for a surgery to repair a fractured jaw bone following an accident while working out with friends in California on May 11th.(See image above.) The 30-year-old actor was attacked by a neighbor's dog during early morning hours at his home in San Clemente. He suffered what has been described as 'fractures' in both the jaw and sinus area, other injuries were unspecified and they will be taking care - perhaps lasting months... Posey is best known for roles in the TV series "Dawson's Creek" reprise or recurring status on the ABC sitcom "Modern Family." (Matthew Bush)
