Subject: Generation Optimization Study
Importance: Highlighted
Below is a summary for your review and reference today on our strategy surrounding Generational Optimisation, which does not necessarily impact every one of you in some way.
Generation Optimisation study
This will be released tomorrow (October 27th) afternoon I can assure to everyone's interest!
If there are questions please contact any of the above mentioned as it may or may not apply exclusively to their situations.
It should be noted that each generation has its own different set of key characteristics that will greatly influence either the cash generation capabilities or the performance vs credit - this study ensures that we are leveraging these traits against them while obtaining a definitive and lasting answer for the generation community.
I look forward to seeing all of you at EB 4501A today.

Yes, I am going to discuss with him how we approach this process during the next several discussions. We have definitely hit many walls in trying to find an appropriate metric for Credit Quality / Credit Exposure. It seemed that everyone could say "one thing" about a metrics and get us no further. Dale, do you know where John Rogers will gather from his peers via email to assist us with developing the model? What is your impression, do you think other companies will participate because they believe there is even more value to get something out of this project?
