Nice! If you like Sleep, check out Mastodon. If you want something a little different from typical metal (and are ok with heavier than usual), listen to Scarrantin' and other guitar/drums focused band from Ohio. Also highly recommend their song "Into A Lonely Place" and any of their songs for the full feeling. Again, not a fan myself but damn they sound great. Cheers!!!


Yes I love Mastodon, Thud Skull and Transatlantic too! I've actually heard Shallow Grave, don't recall if it was an EP or full length though....I liked that song tho!


Transatlantic had three volumes, album one is cool except for the final track off the second volume which i forget what its called I think. Might be named after this song? I have no clue... Edit: Yeah it is called shallow grave. Cool shit, Ive been trying to find the soundtrack on vinyl and as far as I know nothing yet =(


Haha yes, deep dig is also great! And yeah, Deep Dig has some sorta of label deal with Dads Gotta Dance Records so hopefully we will get all four out there sometime soon :)
