Gabriela Szabo Collision

[Born or from his home in La Plata, Argentina]
[Translated text by David W. Mann.]
From the editor: "Szabo was born on the Island of Biobío, to the Argentine-American family. Like a lot of future Mexican painters, Gabriel had an innate talent for visual art at a young age. An eminent painter of landscapes, he made trips around Europe and Paris while studying painting with leading figures including Eugenio de Manuel Coello. At 23, Gabriel decided to devote himself completely to painting - making him one of the few Argentinean artists that worked exclusively in paint."

If these spaces came close together their formation became more evident, as we might say that more developed formality allows the image of more expressive territories become apparent. The point lies in having enough strength so that, given it is relative dimension, everything, including the air between plants and rocks, looks detached from its natural scale...The sun gives the appearance of losing itself forever among sky and earth,...
