I was thinking we could work on a coalition letter putting out this message

to agents everywhere telling them what you are saying...and pushing back

against the "you're wasting your time" statements. We need to tell everyone we got

a complaint made against us...but also please post our reviews... people often

don't realize that we do reviews - usually written immediately after every trip!!!

All negative visits must go through an agent now anyway....

You did what Bob said so well however. He mentions one instance where he bought

all his flights from TripAdvisor before becoming a customer. Once becoming a

customer, he actually discovered that their rates were lower then other sites!!!

The subreddit auto deletes posts like yours which claim something happened in real life and did not since nobody reported this as spam.
