Here's a few more details via the email message we received from DraftKings on Monday, July 29th at 12:30 PM ET [non-GAO address, for records]:


Timeline: After it was realized some trades were processed during the 11PM EDT closing, NFL games resumed;


at 12:48 PM EDT those games restarted but due to bad trading mechanics, NFL pick winning ratios between the USA and Canada teams continued to be adjusted until early the morning after they continued being affected by that mistake without warning the teams before kickoff;


There is little reason why there would not have been an initial internal alert telling you that your account had been compromised with your NFL pick picks selected with your username set in AutoTraderPro as the password; we suggest that you contact the DraftKings customer help team so quickly with any stolen passwords or usernames (for any "lost password") attached so that the account can be monitored much faster within their system such that similar problems do not occur again.
