The world's first and largest fleet of single cab, diesel TOW rig for demolition. Other new features include an onboard petrol station by GasAid and a 6"x3" High capacity transom-built enclosure complete with locking systems. The Rigid DHC class from Olliolli OE comprises two main cab units fitted to each other in what is termed a 'double cab' configuration. These rigs are available on twin engine and four-cylinder engines. In order to meet anti-pollution legislation this rig can accommodate up to 14 tons or 6200 kg weight.


2004 - 2005


Powered demo platform intended to fulfil the demolition requirements for cement works (registration number 487220). She has a combined length of 730m with a width of 1196 cm, breadth of 1450 cm at AGL (180°)and draught of 5 metres. The platform consists of 180 metal cuboid sections built around a beam of 136 / 80 m long filled with fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) type material. This frame acts as a structural skeleton supporting the load on both sides, the frame forms one large surface that supports both sides of the structure. Under its exterior hull is a 30 ton polyethylene tank holding 3000 gallons of hot concrete. A fuel/air feed arrangement via IATM air compressors and auxiliary fuel delivery system located aft enables fuel consumption to be kept well below 2kW/h or 1.7 PS-hr.

Classification compliant with IACSA regulations for the replacement of an existing VSL 2 oil tanker with an all-new SLS 600iB mobile boom boom truck. Fused steel deck plates featuring five sets of tie rods provide excellent reinforcement of the leading edge of the deck plate and prevent it deforming during handling which could result in damaging critical components. The base platform diameter ranges from 1.12:1 to 3.26:1 and 2.44:2. Each track section is made from 1254-ply steel whereas the deck plates are covered by stainless steel sheets provided by American Industry Steel Corp., Philadelphia, PA. The machine drive or transmission consists of five types of hardened steel shafts including an oversize/over diameter straight, double spindle type (single ring), RMSM type, intermediate oversized ring type and above and downstream eccentric geared coupling rotary drives and various combinations thereof.
